Update: Due to the weather, the Ice Cream Eating Contest has been moved inside to the Depot building (180 Fort Wayne Ave, Richmond, IN).

Local teams of public employees will battle to the end of the bowl! Drop by the main stage to cheer on your favorite team.

Teams have been chosen prior to the festival, but festivalgoers can enjoy special Meltdown flavors at Ullery’s all day.
